OAK YARD — construction progress update for the past 3 months

Over the last three months, key construction works have been successfully completed on site, forming the structural foundation of the entire project.

We have now entered a stable construction cycle:

• pouring one standard floor every 10 days
• up to 3 floors per month
• ‍

All works are being carried out strictly according to schedule, with potential for early completion.

Submission of documents for the Completion Certificate (Tarakhis) is planned for the end of December 2026.

Construction is more than a process.
It is precision, control, and responsibility for the final result.

We will continue to share regular updates from the construction site.
