Construction Progress Update & Milestone-Based Payment Plan

Construction is progressing in full accordance with the approved schedule, and we are pleased to share the latest updates.

By the end of March, the podium level will be completed. In April, the project will reach the first floor, after which construction will move at a consistent pace of one floor every 7 days.

At the same time, several processes are being executed in parallel:

• façade and glazing installation;
• MEP network implementation;
• internal technical systems development.

This parallel workflow allows the project to advance across multiple fronts simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and maintaining a strong construction momentum.

Given the clarity and predictability of this schedule, we have introduced an updated payment plan directly linked to actual construction milestones. Each payment stage corresponds to a documented and visible phase of progress.

Project completion remains on schedule, and this structure provides buyers and investors with enhanced transparency and confidence in the delivery process.
