Construction at Oak Yard Residences continues to progress steadily.

As of March 6, the construction team is completing the third podium slab casting. The next important milestone will be reaching the first typical floor of the building.

Once construction reaches the typical floor stage, the project will move into a consistent rhythm, with each new floor being constructed within 7–8 days, enabling a pace of up to four slabs per month.

This schedule ensures steady and structured progress in line with the approved construction plan.
