Construction works at the OAK YARD RESIDENCES site continued as scheduled throughout February, demonstrating steady and visible progress.

Current Construction Status:

• ✔️ P1 level fully completed
• ✔️ Active construction works underway on P2 level
• ✔️ Structural framework for P3 level has commenced
• ✔️ More than 50% of the podium structure completed

All construction activities are proceeding in full compliance with the approved development schedule. Quality control and technical standards are closely monitored at every stage of the project.
