‍Construction Update

• The concrete structure of the 13th residential floor has been completed.
• Partition wall installation on the 8th and 9th floors is almost 100% complete.
• Rough plastering works are currently in progress on the 6th floor.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations have been completed on Floors 1–5.
• Plastering works have been completed on the 1st and 2nd floors, and the areas are now prepared for the first coat of paint.
• Ventilation system installation has also been completed on the 1st and 2nd floors.
