Construction Progress

• 16th floor — concrete casting has been completed.
• 11th floor — blockwork is approximately 70% complete.
• 10th floor — MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installation is in progress.
• 9th floor — rough plastering of the walls has been completed.
• 8th floor — rough plastering has been completed, and water supply piping installation is in progress.
• 7th floor — rough plastering has been completed.
• Floors 4–6 — walls are fully prepared for the final plaster finish, and MEP services have been installed in the floor slabs.
• 3rd floor — preparation for finishing works has been completed, and installation of the ventilation and air conditioning system has started.
• 1st–2nd floors — installation of ventilation and air conditioning ductwork is ongoing inside the apartments.
