Construction at Oak Yard Residences continues to progress steadily.

On the evening of April 27th, the team successfully completed the slab casting of the first residential floor, marking the transition into the vertical construction phase.

As of April 28th, works have already advanced to the next stage, with column construction underway for the following floor.

From this point forward, the project is entering a consistent construction pace of 3 to 4 floors per month.

At the same time, multiple activities are progressing in parallel:

• ongoing works on the parking levels;
• preparation and selection of plastering solutions;
• continued works on the podium level, where all key public amenities will be located.

This parallel workflow ensures efficient execution and steady overall progress of the project.
