We are pleased to announce another important construction milestone for OAK YARD Residences.

The podium level is now 100% completed.
This stage has been completed ahead of schedule — the initial target was the end of March / April 1, however, the works were completed earlier than planned.

The project is currently progressing at an accelerated construction pace. This momentum is intended to ensure that investor and buyer confidence grows as steadily as the project itself.

The next stage of construction is the superstructure works.
