10 residential floors are already complete. The halfway mark has been passed.

Construction at OAK YARD continues at a fast pace. The project now includes:

Ground Floor + 4 parking levels + 10 residential floors.

Internal works are progressing in parallel:

• Partition walls have been completed up to the 6th floor.
• All MEP installations have been completed up to the 4th floor.
• Rough plastering has already been completed on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The works are moving forward rapidly, with structural and internal construction progressing simultaneously.

OAK YARD continues to rise — and every new floor brings the project closer to completion.
