Work at Oak Yard continues steadily, with major structural milestones achieved in October.

Our team has successfully completed several key stages of foundation and substructure works:

• Casting of foundations and pile caps — completed
• Casting of strap beams — completed
• Casting of water tank walls — completed
• Core walls casting — completed up to the ground floor level
• 25% of backfilling — completed

With these stages finalized, the project is moving confidently toward the next phase — superstructure works.
